Born in Casablanca, built for the dancefloor
Ahmed Spins is a Moroccan DJ and producer whose sound moves between Afro House and Deep House, with room for disco and organic textures when the set calls for it. He picked up piano, guitar and drums as a kid, then found electronic music in his teens.
Production came later, while he was studying finance in Boston — early inspiration from Flume and Rampa turned into a style built on percussive, upbringing-rooted rhythm. Tracks uploaded to SoundCloud caught the attention of the scene, leading to a deal with MoBlack Records and the breakout Anchor Point EP.
Since then he's shared stages with Black Coffee, Peggy Gou, Michael Bibi, Rampa and Dennis Cruz, and played Coachella, EDC Las Vegas, Circoloco and Time Warp — carrying Moroccan and North African influence into rooms around the globe.
